Abstract
On Nov. 30, 2011, Standard & Poor's assigned its short-term 'A-1+' rating to Louis Dreyfus Commodities LLC's (the issuer's) commercial paper (CP) program series A CP notes following the restructuring of the issuer's CP program into two tranches, the series A and B CP notes, and the replacement of the letter of credit (LOC) that Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank ('A-1') had provided with a new LOC from U.S. Bank N.A. ('A-1+') for the series A CP noteholders' benefit (for additional information, see "Transaction Update: Louis Dreyfus Commodities LLC - Series B CP Notes," published Nov. 30, 2011).
