Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its ratings on 14 Citigroup Global Markets ROCs/ROLs II-R Trust issues to 'AA-/A-1' and 'AA-' from 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+', respectively, and removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications. This action follows Standard & Poor's Nov. 30, 2011, downgrade of its rating on Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp. to 'AA-' from 'AA+' and its subsequent removal from CreditWatch with negative implications. The long-term component of the rating on the ROCs and ROLs is based on the rating on Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp.-insured underlying bonds.
