Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on three classes from Gale Force 2 CLO Ltd. We affirmed our ratings on two classes from the same transaction. The upgrades mainly reflect an improvement in the credit profile of the underlying assets that support the notes since our December 2009 rating actions, when we lowered our ratings on four of the notes.
