Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA/A-1' and 'AAA' ratings to Citigroup Global Markets ROCs/ROLs II-R Trust's series 11969, relating to Medina Valley Independent School District's (A Political Subdivision of the State of Texas located in Medina and Bexar Counties) unlimited-tax school building bonds series 2007.
