Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its school issuer credit rating (ICR) outlook to negative from stable on Clackamas and Washington County School District No. 3JT (West Linn-Wilsonville), Ore.'s general obligation (GO) debt and affirmed its 'A+' ICR on the debt. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating and underlying rating, with a stable outlook, on the district's GO debt, reflecting the credit enhancement of the Oregon School Bond Guarantee Program.
