Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' rating and stable outlook to Nashville & Davidson County Metropolitan Government Sports Authority, Tenn.'s series 2012A taxable public improvement revenue bonds and series 2012B taxable public improvement revenue refunding bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA-' rating on the authority's outstanding revenue bonds. The 2012A bond proceeds will finance improvements to LP Field in Nashville, home of the National Football League's Tennessee Titans franchise. The improvements will mainly consist of upgrades to the scoreboard and audio-visual equipment. Series 2012B bond proceeds will be used to refund for savings purposes the authority's series 1998 bonds, originally issued for the construction of Bridgestone Arena, home to the National Hockey League's Nashville Predators...
