Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on six classes and affirmed our rating on one class from Carlyle High Yield Partners X Ltd. The upgrades reflect increased credit support and improved collateral quality since our October 2009 rating actions. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 9, 2012--Standard and Poor's Ratings Services today raised its ratings on the class A-1, A-2B, B, C, D, and E notes from Carlyle High Yield Partners X Ltd., a collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transaction managed by Carlyle Investment Management LLC. We also affirmed our rating on the class A-2A notes (see list).
