Abstract OVERVIEW BBVA Banco Continental RMBS (Peru) is a securitization of U.S. dollar-denominated mortgages that Banco Continental S.A. (Peru) issued in 2007 (the underlying pool). We affirmed the 'BBB- (sf)' rating on the transaction and placed it in CreditWatch positive. The rating actions are based primarily on Peru's improved macroeconomic conditions and the underlying pool's positive performance.
