Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 28, 2001--Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-1' rating on the commercial paper notes of Atlantic Asset Securitization Corp. The rating action follows Atlantic's purchase of $110 million participation interest in lease payment obligations. The rating on Atlantic's commercial paper program is based on liquidity and credit support from providers with short-term ratings commensurate with Atlantic's 'A-1' rating and structural provisions that offset interest rate risk. Atlantic is a multiseller, partially enhanced, asset-backed commercial paper conduit administrated by Credit Lyonnais (single-'A'-minus/Positive/'A-2')....
