'A-1' Rating Affirmed on Atlantic Asset Securitization Corp. Mar 00

Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) March 14, 2000-- Standard & Poor's today affirmed its 'A-1' rating on the commercial paper notes of Atlantic Asset Securitization Corp. The rating action follows Atlantic Asset's purchase of US$175.1 million senior notes from a synthetic lease facility arranged for the development, construction, and operation of an electrical power plant. The rating on Atlantic Asset's commercial paper program is based on liquidity support from liquidity providers with short-term ratings commensurate with Atlantic Asset's 'A-1' rating and sufficient pool-specific credit enhancement. Atlantic Asset is a multiseller, partially enhanced asset-backed commercial paper conduit sponsored by Credit Lyonnais, Standard & Poor's said. -- CreditWire...
