Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) July 5, 2000--Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-1' rating on the commercial paper notes of Atlantic Asset Securitization Corp. The rating action follows Atlantic Asset Securitization's purchase of a $100 million certificate backed by credit card receivables. The rating on Atlantic Asset Securitization's commercial paper program is based on liquidity support from liquidity providers with short-term ratings commensurate with Atlantic Asset Securitization's 'A-1' rating and sufficient pool-specific credit enhancement.
