Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 11, 2001--Standard & Poor's today affirmed its short-term 'A-1' rating on the commercial paper notes of Atlantic Asset Securitization Corp. (Atlantic). The rating action follows Atlantic's commitment to provide a $50 million facility to finance a pool of health care trade receivables. The rating on Atlantic's commercial paper program is based on liquidity support from liquidity providers with short-term ratings commensurate with the 'A-1' rating on Atlantic and sufficient pool-specific credit enhancement. Atlantic is a multiseller, partially enhanced asset-backed commercial paper conduit administered by Credit Lyonnais....
