Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) April 17, 2000--Standard & Poor's affirmed the ratings of 11 ABCP multiseller conduits, for the period of April 3 to April 14, 2000 (see list). These rating actions are based on Standard & Poor's review of the transactions before they enter the conduits. Financing limits for these transactions totaled US$3,024.77 million. The commercial paper that the conduits issued was backed by credit card receivables, trade receivables, mortgages, finance leases, and home equity loans.
