Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) October 4, 2000--Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-1' rating on the commercial paper notes of Atlantic Asset Securitization Corp. (Atlantic). The rating action follows Atlantic's $75 million commitment to fund a participation in a loan facility that is used to finance auto fleet leases originated by a specialty finance company. The rating on Atlantic's commercial paper program is based on liquidity support from liquidity providers with short-term ratings commensurate with Atlantic's 'A-1' rating and sufficient pool-specific credit enhancement. Atlantic is a multiseller, partially enhanced asset-backed commercial paper conduit sponsored by Credit Lyonnais, New York Branch (A-/Stable/A-2), Standard & Poor's said. -- CreditWire...
