Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 19, 2004--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its ratings on four ABCP multiseller conduits for the period of Jan. 19, 2004, to Feb. 13, 2004 (see list). These affirmations are based on Standard & Poor's review of seven transactions. Financing limits for these transactions totaled $1.81 billion. The CP issued by the conduits was backed by credit card receivables, capital calls, and CDOs.
