Abstract
We anticipate Cemex's financial performance remaining weak in light of the recent lowering of our global economic outlook. We are placing our ratings on Cemex, including the 'B' global scale and 'mxBB+/mxB' national scale corporate credit ratings, on CreditWatch with negative implications. We will resolve the CreditWatch listing after reviewing Cemex's financial performance under weaker economic conditions, and its refinancing risk on its 2013 and 2014 debt maturities.
