MEXICO CITY (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 10, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its AVERAGE servicer rankings on ABC Capital SOFOM (ABC Capital) as a residential mortgage and construction loan servicer at the company's request. ABC Capital currently participates as a servicer in the following transactions: Residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS): CREYCB 06U and CREYCB 06-2U Construction loans securitizations: CREYCB 06 and CREYC 06-2 CREYCB 07 and CREYC 07-2 RELATED CRITERIA AND RESEARCH Revised Criteria For Including RMBS, CMBS, And ABS Servicers On Standard & Poor's Select Servicer List, published April 16, 2009.
