Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' enhanced program rating and 'A+' school issuer credit rating (ICR), and stable outlook, to Atlantic City Board of Education, N.J.'s series 2011 general obligation (GO) school bonds and affirmed its 'AA' enhanced program rating and 'A+' ICR, with a stable outlook, on the district's existing GO debt. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A' rating, with a stable outlook, on the district's certificates of participation (COPs). The 'AA' rating reflects the additional security provided by the New Jersey Fund for the Support of Free Public Schools.
