Abstract

NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) March 18, 2003--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it placed its ratings on 14 aerospace companies and their related entities on CreditWatch with negative implications. Aerospace companies affected by the action are Argo-Tech Corp. (B+/Watch Neg./--), Boeing Co. and Boeing Capital Corp. (both A+/Watch Neg./--), Britax Group PLC (B+/Watch Neg./--), European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. N.V. (EADS; A/Watch Neg./A-1), Dunlop Standard Aerospace Holdings PLC (B/Watch Neg./--), Goodrich Corp. (BBB/Watch Neg./--), Hexcel Corp. (B/Watch Neg./--), K & F Industries Inc. (BB-/Watch Neg./--), Sabreliner Corp. (B/Watch Neg./--), Sequa Corp....
