Abstract MELBOURNE (Standard & Poor's) Aug. 13, 2007-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its 'A-/A-2' ratings and stable outlook on Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd. (CCA) are unchanged following the release of CCA's financial results for the first half of 2007 and the recent announcement of a non-binding agreement with LG Household & Health Care for the sale of CCA's South Korean operation. In line with Standard & Poor's expectations, CCA posted improved results in the first half of 2007. Notwithstanding the increasing cost pressures being felt by the company, CCA delivered a net profit after tax of A$161 million (before significant items) in the first half of 2007, up 11% over the first half of 2006.
