Abstract
OVERVIEW NYLIM Flatiron CLO 2006-1 Ltd. is a CLO transaction backed by corporate loans. We raised our ratings on three classes of notes from NYLIM Flatiron CLO 2006-1 Ltd. and removed two of them from CreditWatch with positive implications. We affirmed our rating on four classes of notes. The upgrades reflect an improvement in the credit quality of the assets in the transaction's underlying portfolio since our rating actions in November 2009. The affirmations reflect credit quality commensurate with the current ratings.
