Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' rating and stable outlook to Somerset County Improvement Authority, N.J.'s series 2011A county guaranteed renewable energy program lease revenue bonds. The 'AAA' rating reflects the full-faith-and-credit pledge of Somerset County according to a guaranty agreement dated Aug. 1, 2011. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AAA' rating, with a stable outlook, on the county's outstanding GO debt.
