Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA-' long-term and underlying ratings (SPUR) on St. Joseph Health System, Calif.'s outstanding debt, issued by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) and the Lubbock Health Facilities Development Corporation, Texas. Given current market conditions, St. Joseph plans to remarket its series 2000 (Calif.) and series 2007A-F bonds to a fixed rate from March 24 to March 27. In addition, the health system plans to convert its series 2000 (Texas) and 2004A, B, and C bonds to variable rate demand bonds.
