Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'BBB' long-term rating to Association of Bay Area Governments Finance Authority for Nonprofit Corps., Calif.'s $37.5 million hospital revenue bonds series 2010, issued on behalf of Eskaton Subsidiaries (Eskaton). We understand the series 2010 bonds will be used to refund all or a portion of the organization's series 1999 bonds, with release of the debt service reserve fund. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'BBB' underlying rating (SPUR) on California Statewide Communities Development Authority's series 1999 bonds outstanding, also issued on behalf of Eskaton.
