Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) Aug. 6, 1999--Standard & Poor's today reinstated its short-term rating on California Statewide Communities Development Authority's $44 million variable-rate certificates of participation, issued for Mt. Diablo Health System, to triple-'A'/'A-1'-plus from triple-'A'/'NR' The 'A-1'-plus short-term rating has been reinstated following the receipt of the Rabobank Nederland Standby Certificate Purchase Agreement (SPBA).
