AerCo Ltd. Class A4 Notes 'A- (sf)' Rating Withdrawn Following Redemption Jan 12

Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 24, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its 'A- (sf)' rating on AerCo Ltd.'s class A4 notes, an asset-backed securities transaction backed by the lease revenue and sales proceeds from a portfolio of commercial aircraft. We withdrew the 'A- (sf)' rating because according to the Dec. 15, 2011, servicer report, the class A4 notes had been fully paid off.
