Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) July 12, 2004--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services raised the long-term component of its 'AA-/A-1' rating on 37 BNP Paribas LOC-backed issues to 'AA' (see list below). This action follows Standard & Poor's July 6, 2004, upgrade of BNP Paribas to 'AA/A-1+' from 'AA-/A-1+'.
