Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised the rating outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'A' rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Marysville, Calif.'s revenue bonds (series 2003A) and the California Statewide Communities Development Authority's series 2006A revenue bonds, all issued for Fremont-Rideout Health Group (FRHG). At the same time, we assigned our 'A' rating to Marysville's $110.45 million fixed-rate revenue bonds issued for FRHG. We understand that management intends to use the proceeds of the bonds to fund part of the organization's new tower construction project. Standard & Poor's also withdrew its rating on the 1998A bonds issued for FRHG, because the bonds were recently refinanced with a 10-year lease from Wells Fargo. The revised outlook and 'A'...
