Abstract
SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 20, 2010-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised its outlook to positive from stable on its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on outstanding health care revenue bonds issued by the California Health Facilities Finance Authority and California Statewide Communities Development Authority on behalf of Sutter Health, a health care system based in Northern California. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A+' long-term ratings and SPURs on Sutter Health's outstanding bonds. Finally, Standard & Poor's removed its 'A+' rating from Sutter's series 1993A, 1997A, and 1997B revenue bonds and 1993 COPs (various issuers) which we understand were redeemed.
