Abstract
We are assigning our 'B' corporate credit rating to U.S. diagnostics services provider Aurora Diagnostics Holdings LLC. Our 'B' corporate credit rating on affiliate Aurora Diagnostics Inc. is unaffected. Our credit and recovery ratings on obligations of Aurora Diagnostics Holdings LLC and its subsidiary Aurora Diagnostics LLC are also unaffected Our stable rating outlook reflects our belief that the company will remain acquisitive; sustained debt leverage reduction is unlikely, despite EBITDA growth prospects.
