Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to St. Louis County Junior College District Building Corp., Mo.'s series 2012 leasehold refunding revenue bonds, supported by St. Louis County Junior College District. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on debt issued by the corporation on behalf of the district. The 'AA' ratings reflect a pledge of semiannual lease rental payments, which are subject to annual appropriation pursuant to the lease agreement and trust indenture securing the bonds. The district has pledged to annually appropriate lease rental payments from any legally available funds before the conclusion of its fiscal year on June 30.
