Abstract
PARIS (Standard & Poor's) June 9, 2008?Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has assigned its 'AAA' credit rating to the ?1.5 billion fixed-rate notes series 3 issued under the CM-CIC covered bond program. The program may issue up to ?15 billion in total. Under the program terms, CM-CIC Covered Bonds issues the covered bonds, using the proceeds to fund a credit facility to be made available to Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (AA-/Stable/A-1+). The advances will match the terms and conditions of the covered bonds to ensure full and timely payment under the bonds. This is the third issuance under the covered bond program of up to ?15 billion, established by Crédit Mutuel Centre Est Europe (CM-CEE)...
