Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1' rating on Merrill Lynch Puttable FLOATs/RITES Trust, puttable floating option tax-exempt receipts, series MT-698, relating to New York State Thruway Authority's state personal income tax revenue bonds (ttransportation), series 2006A. The affirmation reflects a review of the amendment to the series trust agreement and other relevant documents from which we conclude that the amendment will not result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current rating. The long-term component of the rating is based on the 'AAA' rated, underlying bonds. The short-term component of the rating is based on the liquidity facility provided by Bank of America NA.
