Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its ratings on eight Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp./ Assured Guaranty Corp.-insured and Bank of America N.A.-backed U.S. public finance issues to 'AA-/A-1' from 'AA+/A-1', and removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications.
