NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 11, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected by revising its rating on Allegheny County Industrial Development Authority, Pa.'s series 2009 variable-rate demand revenue bonds, issued on behalf of the St. Joseph High School Inc. Project, to 'A+/A-1' from 'A-1'. The rating reflects the credit and liquidity enhancement of the bonds through an unconditional and irrevocable direct-pay credit facility provided by PNC Bank National Association, Pittsburgh, Pa.
