Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on all of the notes from Gale Force 1 CLO Ltd, a U.S. collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transaction. Simultaneously, we removed our ratings on the class B1, B2, C, D1, D2, and E from CreditWatch with positive implications. The upgrades reflect the likelihood that the class A1 and A2 notes will start to receive paydowns following the recent end of the transaction's reinvestment period and the improved performance in the deal's underlying asset portfolio since we lowered our ratings in January 2010.
