OVERVIEW We affirmed our AVERAGE commercial special servicer ranking on Brookfield Real Estate Financial Partners LLC. The ranking reflects our opinion of the company's knowledgeable and experienced management team, effective systems, efficient internal controls, and a proficient special servicing operation. The company has a history of special servicing activities associated with commercial real estate loans in CLOs, CRE CDOs, and CMBS securitizations, as well as REO dispositions for its transactions and third-party investors.
