Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our ratings on the class A-1a, A-1b, A2, and D notes from OHA Park Avenue CLO I Ltd. and removed our rating on the class D note from CreditWatch with positive implications. Simultaneously, we affirmed our ratings on the class B and C notes. The upgrades reflect the improved performance and increase in the credit support we have observed in the deal's underlying asset portfolio since we lowered our ratings in November 2009.
