Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' enhanced program rating and 'A+' issuer credit rating (ICR), and stable outlook, to Hamilton Township (Atlantic County) Board of Education, N.J.'s series 2010 school bonds. The rating outlook is stable. The 'AA' rating reflects the additional security provided by the New Jersey Fund for the Support of Free Public Schools. The ICR reflects our view of the board's: Stable local economy, which benefits from its access to Atlantic City, N.J.
