Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 2, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its rating on the class X-2M commercial mortgage pass-through certificates from Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-BBA8, a U.S. commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transaction (see list). We withdrew our rating on the class X-2M interest only (IO) certificate following the reduction of the class' notional balance to zero, as noted in the trustee remittance report.
