Abstract
On Feb. 2, 2012, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its ratings, including its 'B' corporate credit rating, on Atlantic City-based Golden Nugget LLC. The withdrawal follows the company's optional prepayment of its $36.5 million term loan and the termination of its $20 million delayed draw term loan commitments earlier this month. The company's $10 million revolving credit facility (which we will no longer rate) remains in place.
