Standard & Poor's Ratings Services is reviewing its recovery and issue-level ratings on Boston-based human and health service provider National Mentor Holdings Inc. Our simulated default scenario contemplates a default in 2015 because of reimbursement cuts and poor delivery of services. We believe that the company, as a service business, would reorganize in the event of a default, in view of its strong local relationships, reputation, and ability to deliver high-quality service.
