Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA' rating to the Escambia County Health Facilities Authority's health facilities revenue bonds, series 2003A; the Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority's health facilities revenue bonds, series 2003B; the Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority's health facilities revenue bonds, series 2003C; the Idaho Health Facilities Authority's health facilities revenue bonds, series 2003D; and the Indiana Health Facilities Finance Authority's health facilities revenue bonds, series 2003E, issued for Ascension Health, Mo. Standard & Poor's has also affirmed its 'AA' and 'A-1+' ratings and its 'AA' underlying rating (SPUR) on the outstanding debt issued for Ascension Health.
