NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 2, 2012--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it withdrew its 'B' counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on Capital Markets Assurance Corp. We withdrew the ratings because of the company's merger and insured portfolio transfer into MBIA Insurance Corp. (B/Negative/--)....
