Australian Entities Long-Term Foreign Currency Ratings Raised to 'AAA' Feb 03

Abstract MELBOURNE (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 17, 2003--Standard & Poor's said today it has raised the long-term foreign currency ratings on the entities listed below to 'AAA' from 'AA+'.
