Ascension Health Bonds Rated 'AA' Jul 02

Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) July 23, 2002--Standard & Poor's Rating Services said today it assigned its double-'A' rating to the Indiana Health Facilities Finance Authority's $37 million auction-rate securities, series 2002E; the Escambia County Health Facilities Authority's $46 million revenue bonds, series 2002C; the Jacksonville Health Facilities Authority's $47 million revenue bonds, series 2002A; the Michigan State Hospital Finance Authority's $57 million revenue bonds, series 2002B; the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority's $63 million auction-rate securities, series 2002D; and the Indiana Health Facilities Finance Authority's $106 million revenue bonds, series 2002F and series 2002G, issued for Ascension Health, Mo. Standard & Poor's Ratings Services also said it affirmed its double-'A' and 'A-1'-plus ratings and double-'A' underlying rating (SPUR)...
