Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' enhanced program rating and 'AA' issuer credit rating (ICR) to Conroe Independent School District, Texas' approximately $154 million series 2012 unlimited-tax school building and refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating, underlying rating (SPUR), and ICR on the district's general obligation (GO) debt. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AAA' enhanced rating on the district's GO bonds outstanding. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
