Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Indian Lake Local Schools, Ohio's general obligation (GO) bonds outstanding. The outlook is stable. The ratings reflect our assessment of the district's: Good income and very strong wealth levels; Healthy financial performance combined with very strong reserve levels on a cash basis; and The district's ability to levy at its 20 mill floor, which allows it to benefit from all growth in assessed value (AV), whether real or inflationary; Somewhat offsetting the above factors is the district's relatively weak voter support for past levies.
