Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating on Green Valley Municipal Property Corp., Ariz.'s series 2003 lease revenue bonds, issued for Green Valley Domestic Water Improvement District, and removed it from CreditWatch with negative implications, where it was placed on Dec. 30, 2011. The outlook is stable. This rating action is being taken because the issuer has supplied, in our view, information of satisfactory quality to maintain our rating in accordance with our applicable criteria and policies. The rating is supported by the following credit factors: A primarily residential- and recreation-based service territory with an adequate water supply; Low rates combined with income levels deemed good; Strong financial performance, in our view; and No additional debt...
