Abstract MELBOURNE (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 19, 2004--Following some confusion about the names of the Australian subsidiaries of Singapore Power Ltd. (SingPower; AA-/Stable/--) and the ratings on those entities, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services here aims to clarify the ownership of SingPower's Australian entities (SPI Australia Group) and the ratings on those entities. There are two sub-groups, set out below: First sub-group: -- SPI Australia Holdings (Partnership) L.P. (SPI Australia; A-/Stable/--) is the parent company for SPI Electricity & Gas Australia Holdings Pty Ltd. (A-/Stable/A-2), and SPI Electricity Pty Ltd. (A-/Stable/--).
